Please enjoy the pictures of our beautiful Hobby Farm that is currently for sale in Kentucky.
Very centrally located in the state for easy access to many cities in every direction. Located just 1 hour south of Louisville, 45 minutes north of Bowling Green, 35 minutes from Elizabethtown, 25 minutes from Glasgow and 10 minutes from Munfordville.
Quite possibly the finest home site in all of Kentucky. 33.87 Acres of land that will grow everything. Lush with fantastic green grass for the cows and lots of hay for storage. A 15 x 24 professional greenhouse on a heated slab. 2 animal barns and paddocks for goats, cows, pigs or horses. A 24 x 32 carport. storage building. A fenced and netted bird area with coop to keep your chickens or turkeys safe from predators. Established Bee hives that can be included in deal. Mobile chicken coop that can be moved around the property. We also planted several peach and apple trees 3 years ago that are just now starting to take off.
The home is only 2 years old. Has all the upgrades including a wood burning fireplace, upgraded appliances, additional winterized insulation, full sheetrock & trim. 5 bedrooms - 3 full baths (Including 2 extra large 60" wide showers and 1 bathtub). Just under 2,500 square feet.
We went to considerable expense to place the home in the perfect location. Located 1/2 mile off of the main road for beauty and privacy. No neighbors will ever move in right next door because of the location, so it will always be serene and quiet around the home. We had one of the largest septic systems our installer had ever done, put in with 800 feet of lateral lines, so there will never be any issues with the septic system.
We installed 1/2 mile of water lines and electrical lines to the home and 30 truckloads of gravel for the driveway. This truly is the perfect location for someone who wants to have a beautiful hobby farm that will grow everything and is ready to go.
The wife and I are moving to Alaska and are motivated to sell soon. We have already lowered the price of the home $30,000 to expedite the sale. So please don't wait too long if you are interested because you wont find another home like this and especially at such a great price. $219,000.

Another hay field ready to be cut and baled .

Having one of the animal barns delivered. This barn has been fenced inside a 1 acre area. Perfect for any farm animal. We have held cows, goats and even pigs in this paddock area. There is also water near this barn and the greenhouse across from it.

The front hay field. This field is about 5-6 acres in size. It produced 25 round bales the first cutting this year. 19 round bales the second cutting and about 15 round bales on the 3rd cutting.
If you look closely you can see the greenhouse at the top of the field.

I think he ended up with about 25 round bales from these 5 acres. He had already taken some away when I took this photo. We normally get 3 cuttings each year. You can bale the entire property if you so choose for your operation.

There are many flowering trees throughout the property.

This bird pen has kept chickens, turkeys and pheasants. It is approx. 60' x 24' and the top is covered in netting to keep out the predators.
